Thank you for your interest. Please review the shop policies below before booking your appointment.
Everyone is welcome
At my studio, people of all gender identities, sexual identities, ages, races, ethnicities and abilities are welcome, and welcome to express themselves. I am continually endeavoring to make my studio a safe space for people of all identities and am committed to doing so in an adaptive and ongoing manner.
I am able and enthusiastic to create tattoos for all bodies and skin tones. Body-negative, fatphobic and racist rhetoric and action is not welcome in my space.
Zero Harassment policy
My studio has a zero harassment policy for both in-person and digital harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment. This applies to my clients, my coworkers and myself.
Right to refuse service
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason including violation of the guidelines above.
Commitment to Adapt
I commit to making adjustments to your tattoo experience where requested to make your session as comfortable as possible. This can include sensory adjustments such as music, or physical adjustments such as sitting position. When submitting your booking form, please specify any desired adjustments. I will make any possible adjustments, and discuss with you any that may not be possible for me or my space at this time or given the nature of your session.
Kindness and Accountability in Conflict Resolution
I endeavor to lead with kindness and to take accountability in any necessary conflict resolution regarding my tattoo and professional practice. If you have experienced anything at all which you feel needs attention while in my space, while interacting with myself or others, please reach out via email and I will address it. If you are more comfortable doing so anonymously, you are welcome to do so from a secondary email address.
My current space is not entirely accessible to everyone with physical or sensory disabilities, but I am happy and able to arrange an alternate space to tattoo out of in the city if you require wheelchair or walker access, or other adjustments which I am not able to make at my current space. Please reach out to me, and I will try my best to find somewhere more comfortable to you. Please note that my space also is shared with practitioners that use scented products, and that there is a small flight of carpeted stairs necessary to access the washroom facilities.
At this time, given the current Covid-19 guidelines and the small size of my studio, I request that that you do not bring anyone extra to your appointment. If you need someone in attendance for support, please reach out to me and I will make arrangements to make you comfortable.
Please ask before taking any photos of myself or my tattoo studio. I am happy to let you take photos, but I appreciate notice. Please do not film or photograph me tattooing without receiving my consent first. The appointment release that you will sign includes a photo release so that I can share photos of your finished tattoo on my portfolio when we are done. If you have any questions about the photo release or are not comfortable with something, please let me know.
By default, I will use your first name when sharing your finished tattoo on social media. Please let me know if you prefer that I not use your name, or if you would like me to tag your instagram account.
Myself and my colleagues continue to follow all active Covid-19 public health guidelines. You will be required to do the same while in my space. You must mask, sanitize and handwash in my studio. Social distancing is required whenever possible. During your tattoo session, your mask must be kept on at all times. You must rebook your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms or have a confirmed or suspected close contact in the 14 days prior to your appointment. You are strongly encouraged to alert me if you begin experiencing symptoms following your appointment.
I only tattoo folks that are over 18. You must bring a valid photo id to your session. I will not tattoo minors, even with guardian consent.
